By accessing or using Odin ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Odin is operated by its founder, based in New Zealand ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is currently in beta and invite-only.
Odin is a beta product. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. Data may be lost due to technical failures. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You use Odin at your own risk.
You own what you add. When you add content to Odin (titles, descriptions, personal notes, photos), you retain ownership of that content.
By adding content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service — including generating AI embeddings for search.
You are responsible for your content. You must not add content that:
We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any content added by users.
Nothing on Odin constitutes medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Content on Odin represents personal opinions only. You rely on any recommendation at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
Odin relies on Supabase (data storage), OpenAI (AI processing), and Google (authentication). We are not responsible for the availability, conduct, or data handling of these services. Their own terms and policies apply.
All software, design, branding, and non-user content in Odin is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Your use of Odin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By setting an item to "Friends" visibility, you acknowledge that your connections may save that item, and their circle will see it was saved — without your name or personal note attached. This behaviour is explained in full in our Privacy Policy and at the point of adding each item.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us to delete your account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal costs) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you via the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
